1、负责Dreamina AI导演的挖掘、筛选与签约，具备对创作人才的敏锐品味与独立判断力，覆盖英语及多语种地区，建立AI时代创作人才与评估体系，精准判断其创作能力、内容潜力与商业价值，搭建并持续扩充全球化核心创作人才矩阵； 2、独立负责即梦片场国际化项目全流程管理，覆盖签约引入、创作孵化、内容自制、发行上线到数据复盘的完整链路，在选题、脚本、成片等关键节点具备独立的内容判断力与质量把关能力，把控项目时间周期、内容质量与成本，适配国际化内容市场节奏与合规要求，确保项目按期高质量落地； 3、主导国际化AI制片体系的搭建与沉淀，结合国际化创作习惯与平台工具能力，梳理从选题、脚本、分镜、生成到后期的标准化制片流程，输出可复用的SOP与方法论，支撑国际化业务规模化扩张； 4、负责国际化内容发行策略制定与渠道落地，熟悉YouTube、TikTok、Netflix、Disney+、Amazon Prime等主流发行平台及各区域本地渠道，整合发行资源，制定差异化分发策略，提升内容触达效率与商业变现能力； 5、协同产品、技术、本地化等团队，将专业创作者的创作需求与平台能力对接，推动AI生成工具在实际创作场景中的适配与迭代； 6、跟踪全球AI内容行业趋势与国际化产品动态，持续优化国际化合作模式、制片体系与发行策略，提升内容产出质量与本地化适配度。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上影视制片、项目管理、创作者合作或内容发行相关经验，有国际化内容市场或AI影视行业经验者优先； 2、具备出色的内容品味与人才眼光，对影视叙事、视觉风格、爆款潜质有独立判断力，对创作者的审美、风格、潜力有敏锐直觉，能在早期阶段精准判断人才价值； 3、熟悉国际化内容创作生态与发行渠道，掌握AI影视创作者的挖掘资源，熟悉YouTube、TikTok、Netflix等主流发行平台及区域本地渠道，有国际化发行实操经验或成功案例者优先； 4、英语可作为工作语言，能独立完成国际化创作者的沟通、谈判与合同对接； 5、具备从签约、孵化、自制到发行的全流程项目管理能力，能适配跨时区、跨文化协作节奏，有效把控多项目并行的进度、质量与风险；有体系化思维，能将经验沉淀为SOP与方法论； 6、具备较强的跨文化沟通协调与谈判能力，对AI影视行业有热情，持续关注全球行业趋势与技术动态。
