1、负责中心化电商场景下推荐系统的算法设计与优化，涵盖召回、排序、重排序全链路，持续提升推荐精准度与用户体验； 2、优化多目标排序模型（留存/主访LT/GMV等），融合上千维特征与复杂模型结构，平衡算力与效果； 3、建设频道、个性化Feed流、瓷片区、Tab内排序、条件筛选等多场景推荐策略，支持招商圈选与素材包驱动的候选池推荐； 4、负责推荐埋点规范设计、样本构造及AB实验分析，用数据驱动策略迭代； 5、协同工程团队优化在线服务性能，保障高QPS下推荐链路稳定性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2、熟悉推荐系统架构，有召回/排序/重排任一环节的实战经验； 3、扎实的机器学习基础，熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等框架； 4、具备较强的数据分析与AB实验能力，能独立完成策略迭代闭环； 5、有电商推荐或推荐系统经验者优先。
