1、ETA与时空序列建模：负责Shop核心的预计送达时间（ETA）算法研发；基于海量全球物流轨迹数据，运用深度学习、图神经网络（GNN）、序列建模等技术，持续迭代自研的OneTrans模型，提升全链路时效预测精度，优化用户下单前的决策体验与转化漏斗； 2、智能定价与运筹优化：深入复杂的跨境与本土电商履约场景，负责运费定价、包邮门槛及补贴策略的算法设计；综合运用因果推断（Causal Inference）、运筹优化（OR）等技术，构建多目标优化框架，在保障用户体验的同时实现平台成本、ROI与收益的全局最优解； 3、搜推融合与流量调控：打破传统物流与电商的边界，将履约时效、物流成本等核心因子深度接入搜索与推荐（RecSys）链路；设计并落地基于物流感知的流量分发与机制设计策略，优化曝光效率，直接拉动用户转化、留存及复购； 4、大模型（LLM）与Agent前沿应用：探索并落地大语言模型在电商及供应链场景的创新应用；基于海量业务数据进行CPT/SFT/RL微调，构建专属垂直大模型，设计基于“Agent+Skill”架构的智能体，赋能复杂运营场景的异常诊断与自动化决策，实现业务大幅提效。

1、计算机、统计学、运筹学、数学等相关专业硕士学位及以上； 2、具备扎实的代码基本功和数据结构基础，熟练掌握Python/C++/Java中的至少一种，具备优秀的工程架构与落地能力； 3、在机器学习、深度学习领域有深厚积累，熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等主流框架，具备海量数据（Spark/Hive SQL）处理经验； 4、具备良好的业务意识和数据敏感度，熟悉A/B实验原理与分析方法，能从海量数据中挖掘规律并转化为业务产出； 5、具备自驱力、逻辑拆解能力和跨团队沟通协作能力，面对复杂、开放性的业务问题能快速高效达成目标； 6、对解决高价值、高挑战的To C电商业务问题抱有强烈热情，致力于通过技术驱动业务规模与用户体验的增长。

加分项（满足其一即可）在以下任一核心领域有深入研究或丰富落地经验： 1、搜推算法：推荐系统排序（Ranking）、机制设计、计算广告或流量分发； 2、因果推断：动态定价、Uplift建模或用户增长算法； 3、时空建模：序列预测、ETA建模或图神经网络（GNN）； 4、大模型/AIGC：熟悉LLM训练链路（CPT/SFT/RLHF）及Agentic工作流搭建； 5、在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICLR、ICML等顶会发表过高质量论文者优先； 6、有电商、物流、外卖、打车等O2O履约算法相关背景者优先。
