1、商家策略规划与落地：参与FBT业务商家整体策略规划，主导商家分层模型、目标成长路径及激励机制的设计与实施；结合不同行业、规模及履约特征制定差异化运营策略，推动FBT在目标POP商家群体中的渗透、转化与持续增长； 2、物流解决方案设计与落地：深入理解商家在仓储、头程、库存管理、末端配送及逆向物流等环节的业务需求与痛点，结合FBT产品及履约能力，为不同类型商家设计兼顾成本、时效与体验的端到端物流解决方案；推动方案试点、效果验证、规模化复制及持续迭代，提升商家采用率和业务贡献； 3、数据洞察与商业分析：独立搭建并维护FBT商家运营及物流解决方案指标体系，围绕履约成本、库存周转、时效达成率、物流渗透率及商家经营表现等维度开展深度分析，识别关键问题与增长机会，形成高质量商业分析和决策建议，为业务策略及解决方案迭代提供依据； 4、产品与服务闭环优化：建立“数据洞察—商家调研—方案设计—产品优化—效果验证”的业务闭环，识别商家需求与现有产品、仓储及物流履约能力之间的差距，推动产品、仓储、物流、技术及商业化团队协同，沉淀可产品化、标准化的解决方案，持续提升FBT的服务体验和履约效率； 5、项目牵头与业务交付：负责FBT重大策略、重点商家解决方案及横向项目的项目管理（PMO），明确项目目标、实施路径和衡量标准，协调内外部资源解决落地过程中的复杂问题，确保项目高质量交付，并对业务过程指标及最终结果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上商家策略运营工作经验，在策略规划、商业分析或商家运营领域有深厚积累； 2、具备优秀的结构化思维与数据敏感度，能够熟练通过SQL、Tableau等工具进行独立取数与深度建模分析，善于从数据中洞察业务本质并转化为行动建议； 3、对全链路履约（仓储、头程、末端、退货等）有系统性认知，能从商家视角出发进行成本与效率的综合测算，提供业务解决方案； 4、具备复杂项目牵头经验（PMO），具备较强的自驱力、结果导向及沟通协调能力，能在高不确定性的业务环境下通过专业能力推动业务持续向前。
