1、作为物流解决方案经理，负责驱动卖家采用TikTok Shop FBT的履约解决方案；这是一个解决方案与赋能（Solution&Enablement）角色，不直接销售，而是打造解决方案并赋能BD团队，帮助卖家评估、采用并在TikTok Shop FBT上成长；深入卖家面临的问题，按行业与货物类型量身设计方案，让TikTok Shop FBT始终是最具竞争力的履约选择，并对端到端结果负责； 2、行业商家运营：针对不同行业的独特需求，打造定制化履约方案与打法，让BD团队能把TikTok Shop FBT定位成任何品类卖家的合适选择； 3、货品履约方案：为需要特殊操作的货物设计履约方案，包括大件、受限品与逆向，覆盖资格、流程与规模化落地； 4、仓储与库存管理：设计并标准化入仓（入库）打法，赋能BD团队以最小摩擦帮卖家把货顺利入到TikTok Shop FBT仓；制定方案让卖家仓内库存更高效，处置周转不佳的库存、提升库存效率； 5、商家体验优化：梳理端到端履约链路，找到卡住卖家的地方，联动产品与跨团队优化体验； 6、持续提升TikTok Shop FBT相对其他履约选择的价值与成本竞争力，并让BD团队有能力在卖家最关键的商业节点提供支持；负责反映卖家履约健康度与采用情况的关键经营结果，找到背后的驱动因素，联动跨团队交付可衡量的改善。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上电商物流、供应链、卖家运营，或解决方案/赋能相关经验； 2、扎实理解电商履约：入仓、库存、头程与末端、逆向、成本结构，以及平台履约政策； 3、具备数据驱动的解决问题能力，能完成问题诊断、机会测算与方案量化； 4、具备良好的协作能力，能影响并对齐跨团队与一线团队，推进工作落地； 5、中英文流利，能将复杂的物流逻辑转化为面向卖家与BD团队的清晰、可执行的指引。
