1、深入广告主创意场景，理解抽象业务需求和创意策略，通过AI辅助开发原型验证与Skill/PE建设，有效连接广告主的数据/知识资产等信息，对客交付效果负责； 2、识别可复用的创意策略或应用模式，将其转化形成产品需求方案，推进优化Agent系统或提升产品力水平； 3、构建相关评测方案并持续迭代直至业务指标达标，产出并不断迭代工作机制。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备积极的主观能动性与学习能力，持续跟进Agent SOTA前沿趋势；熟悉Workflow、React、MultiAgent等架构模式，掌握上下文管理、记忆管理、Skill&Tools集成等机制，了解当前主流Agent产品的工程实现原理，可精准识别业务适用场景； 3、具备商业化广告业务项目经验，有直接对客服务或产品推广成功实践经验者优先。
