1、深入客户业务场景，通过访谈、观察和协作，准确理解客户在业务流程、组织协同和AI应用中的真实问题与诉求； 2、面向客户现场开展场景梳理与需求澄清，将模糊、分散的业务反馈转化为清晰的问题定义、应用方向和可验证的产品机会； 3、结合对业务流程、用户角色和AI能力边界的理解，推动关键场景的优先级判断、方案抽象与落地路径设计； 4、持续沉淀客户一线的共性需求、使用障碍与机会点，形成结构化洞察，并高质量反馈给产品、研发及相关团队，推动产品演进； 5、与客户团队及内部跨职能团队紧密协作，保障需求理解一致、反馈链路顺畅，推动重点项目稳定推进并实现长期价值。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、工程、数学等相关专业，或具备同等实践经验； 2、5年以上解决方案咨询工作经验，具备面向客户的业务理解、需求分析、解决方案咨询或相关岗位经验； 3、理解AI应用的基本能力与适用边界，对Prompt、知识库、Agent等方向有基本认知，能够结合业务场景判断机会与可行性； 4、具备优秀的沟通表达、需求澄清和跨团队协作能力，能够在复杂、模糊和不确定的环境中推进问题解决。

加分项 1、有企业服务、解决方案、产品发现、咨询顾问或客户成功相关经验，能够独立完成业务访谈、需求拆解与机会识别； 2、有为一个或多个行业提供AI相关解决方案或项目支持的经验，不限于泛互联网、教育、医疗、汽车、金融、运营商等。
