1、负责国际化短视频平台Feed互动功能和策略设计，聚焦关注、收藏等核心互动链路，结合AI能力不断探索新的互动形式，让社区用户更多参与表达，作者获得更多激励和灵感，帮助推荐更精准的分发内容； 2、理解不同国家/地区的文化、人群、网络、机型等差异，制定针对性的体验优化策略； 3、通过数据分析、用户洞察、市场调研发现问题和机会，持续优化基础体验，保证产品体验的持续领先； 4、与跨职能团队紧密合作，制定业务规划，定义成功指标，协同设计、研发、分析等角色高效推动产品迭代。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对用户体验有极致追求，大胆创新，结果导向，有视频/社区产品实习经历优先； 3、对AI技术与推荐算法策略有基本了解，兼具功能与策略产品经验优先； 4、具备国际化视野，熟练掌握英语，开放包容，愿意理解和学习新事物； 5、逻辑清晰、数据敏感，能用数据驱动决策。
