1、负责AI大模型在C端（例如翻译配音场景、推荐场景）以及Feed Server架构优化、效率提升等方向的创新实践，包括AI Coding范式的探索、AI Agent、LLM的业务应用等； 2、负责TikTok信息流推荐、个人页等核心业务的后端系统架构设计、研发与迭代，保障系统的高可用、高性能与高扩展性； 3、深入分析和优化现有系统的性能瓶颈，应对百亿级流量、海量存储的挑战，在服务端延迟、资源利用率、系统吞吐量等关键指标上实现持续突破。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业，熟悉常见的数据结构、算法等，具备扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握Golang/Java/C++等至少一门编程语言； 2、熟悉常见开源分布式中间件MySQL、Redis、MQ等常用组件，对分布式系统有较好的理解； 3、责任感强，积极乐观，具备良好的沟通合作技巧与团队协作精神； 4、有AI大模型、推荐系统、高并发服务端系统研发经验优先。
