1、负责字节跳动资源分发中台Gecko的建设，为抖音、抖音火山引擎版、抖音极速版、西瓜视频、今日头条等业务提供完整的资源分发解决方案，不断增强字节跳动移动端资源分发的官方基础设施的能力； 2、负责抖音跨端基础设施（资源分发系统、端监控系统等）建设，为抖音系App提供完整的跨平台解决方案； 3、负责接入层服务/微服务的架构设计、开发实现、深度优化与稳定性建设，保障大流量场景下系统的高并发、高性能、高可靠（Golang技术栈）； 4、负责各系统的AI Native能力建设和AI应用工程化落地，使用AI能力推动前端/跨端研发流程的转型演进，包括面向Agent的Skill能力集合、效果评测、Agent架构设计与开发、性能成本调优、模型部署等； 5、关注行业AI前沿技术趋势，结合业务场景引入新技术，推动产品能力持续升级。

1、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉计算机网络相关知识，掌握常用的数据结构与算法； 2、对语言/多模态大模型、Agent产品技术、大模型各类实践有基本的了解和认知； 3、精通或熟练使用Go/Python/Java中至少一门编程语言，了解常用的开发框架，熟悉Redis/MySQL/消息队列等常用基础组件； 4、积极乐观，责任心强，具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力与团队协作能力。

加分项 1、具备AI Infra、模型推理性能优化、推理框架/Agent开发经验优先； 2、参与或主导过优秀的开源项目，有优秀的技术博客产出、论文等； 3、有高并发分布式数据服务的设计开发经验、性能优化经验。
