日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：GenAI团队专注于开发跨模态生成式AI前沿技术（涵盖文本、图像、视频、落地页等），为广告主、代理商和创作者打造行业领先的创意提效及投放提效解决方案。我们致力于通过生成式AI技术实现创意工作流自动化，全面提升客户商业收益。团队立志引领广告科技与创意产业的生成式AI变革，为全球客户、创作者及整个生态体系赋能并创造价值。

1、模型优化：基于CTR、CVR、LTV等目标，对召回、粗排、精排等核心模块进行调优，探索强化学习、因果推断等技术的落地； 2、负责国际商业化增长算法，包括业务的拉新、转化、召回等，构建鲁棒的个性化广告增长系统； 3、引入LLM前沿技术，优化算法架构co-design，提升training及serving效率。

1、本科以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底；熟悉C++、Python、Go中一种或多种； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项； 6、有搜索、广告、推荐、用户增长经验优先，对基模智能边界提升、多模态RAG、强化学习、Agent等前沿技术有持续跟踪和理解。
