1、参与国际化广告出价策略与自动化投放算法研发，围绕智能出价、自动创编、素材优选、版位优选等场景，构建高效、稳定、智能的广告投放优化系统； 2、参与机器学习、强化学习、生成式模型、LLM与Agent等技术在广告决策中的应用，探索广告投放Agent、智能调控、生成式出价、预算分配、冷启动优化、竞价环境建模等方向； 3、分析广告投放链路中的用户行为、广告主目标、流量价值与竞价环境，挖掘投放效果提升机会，提升成本达成、跑量能力与流量匹配效率； 4、参与Auto Bidding、Auto Creation、Auto Targeting、Auto Creative、Auto Placement等广告自动化策略建设，帮助广告主以更少操作获得更优投放效果； 5、与产品、工程、数据科学等团队协作，推进算法方案从问题分析、实验验证到线上落地，持续优化系统效果、稳定性与可扩展性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学、统计学、运筹优化等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，对计算广告、机器学习、大模型、智能决策类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、强化学习、生成式模型、运筹优化、分布式计算中一项或多项； 4、具备优秀的编码、数据分析、问题拆解和工程落地能力，能够面向复杂业务场景提出有效算法方案； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力和学习能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情。

加分项： 1、有推荐系统、计算广告、出价策略、广告自动化相关实习经验或顶会Paper； 2、有RL、生成式模型、运筹优化、LLM、Agent等相关研究或项目经验或顶会Paper。
