GBS-CALM-Data Analytics，属于TikTok-商业化核心中后台职能团队之一，覆盖中国大陆，中东，东南亚，拉丁美洲等多个市场；支持全球业务团队经营分析需求，深入分析TikTok商业化核心的经营数据指标和业绩表现，是诊断业务问题和驱动业务增长的大脑。通过数据分析，输出策略，帮助业务实现业务增长。

1、根据业务发展需求及公司策略导向，搭建业务健康度的经营分析框架和数据基建体系，通过目标的拆解和过程指标体系设定，指引业务方向； 2、定期对负责的工作项目进行专题分析和方案复盘，有针对性的对经营指标、异常数据进行分析，输出明确业务改善建议； 3、主动发现业务本质的需求和痛点，找到业务机会，制定合理目标并给出具体可行的建议，推进落地； 4、测算、跟踪、复盘业务目标、重点产品目标、销售团队考核目标。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上商业分析工作经验，具有复杂业务数据处理经验优先；有内容电商/跨境电商/游戏/国际化广告背景优先； 2、具备良好的商业感知以及团队管理经验，具备互联网广告经验/战略/商业分析/经营分析/业务机会点探索经验加分； 3、具有较强的数据分析能力和敏感性，熟练使用数据分析工具； 4、具备良好的沟通能力、协作精神、跨部门协调推进力，英语可以作为工作语言，雅思7分及以上优先。
