日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Global Business Solutions (GBS) 负责TikTok为主的全球产品商业化相关工作，为全球品牌和广告商提供集成的数字营销解决方案。具体包括各区域销售、销售运营、渠道管理、商业化战略、To B市场营销、营销科学、商业化合作和商业内容安全等职能。

1、对行业领先的销售科技产品以及最新技术进行战略性研究； 2、围绕生成式人工智能，包括大语言模型，RAG，微调等，以及其应用，包括智能销售的创建等，进行深度调研； 3、通过内部访谈、外部资料收集等方式进行研究，协助所在部门明确产品优先级和发展痛点； 4、与CRM和交易产品团队合作，设计能够解决关键痛点问题和其他用户需求的产品功能。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商业、金融、经济、战略专业优先； 2、有管理咨询、投资银行、产品管理和软件工程等实习经历者优先； 3、熟悉生成式人工智能以及有实例证明深度的利用和体验； 4、具有行业研究与分析的基本能力，如信息收集、问题分析、数据分析等; 5、能用英语作为工作语言开展项目，具备良好的沟通能力、自我驱动能力、出色的解决问题能力。
