1、深入理解电商业务，制定东南亚市场商业化广告代理商的电商运营策略，根据不同电商行业、市场、大促节点产出针对性制定策略并推动落地实施； 2、定期追踪广告代理商电商业绩表现及指标波动，搭建数据看板与监测体系，及时定位异常波动并进行下钻分析原因，识别出的业务问题，并给到产品与运营策略等解决方案，发掘增长机会并推动落地； 3、广告代理商整体电商业务的周期性复盘与规划，目标拆解与追踪，形成可复用的机制方法，推动业绩目标达成； 4、深入理解广告代理电商业务增长逻辑，总结经验形成可复用方法大面积推广； 5、根据产品节奏，产出适合代理商的商业化产品方案，Go-To-Market材料和相应的培训落地流程，推动代理能力升级，实现代理商和平台同步增长。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉国际化广告市场、广告代理商市场优先； 2、具备5年及以上互联网商业化/电商运营的经验，了解短视频/信息流/直播/品牌广告等运营模式，有互联网商业化、国际化电商广告平台等从业经验优先； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel、SQL等数据分析处理工具；能通过数据分析寻找规律、发现问题与机会，并输出解决方案； 4、具备较为成熟英语听说读写能力，可以将英语作为工作语言优先，有雅思/托福成绩优先； 5、较强自我驱动力、问题解决能力和项目管理能力，能够快速掌握核心信息和关键点，能够识别风险和问题，推动各协同方解决问题并达成目标。同时有较强的学习力、执行力。
