团队介绍：Global Business Solutions (GBS) 负责TikTok为主的全球产品商业化相关工作，为全球品牌和广告商提供集成的数字营销解决方案。具体包括各区域销售、销售运营、渠道管理、商业化战略、To B市场营销、营销科学、商业化合作和商业内容安全等职能。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与国际化客户及代理商的业务运营，协助跟进业务需求、投放、账户及相关支持流程； 2、参与国际化市场经营分析、市场研究、产品分析及业务Benchmark，跟踪核心指标，定位业务问题并提出分析建议，支持业务决策； 3、协助业务看板、经营周报及分析材料的制作与维护； 4、协助推进跨团队业务及产品项目，跟进需求、进度及落地； 5、根据业务需要，独立负责专项分析或运营任务。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科、经济、统计、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑分析和问题拆解能力，能够从复杂信息中快速抓住重点并形成结论；具备较强的主人翁精神，能够独立推进任务并对交付结果负责； 3、具备较好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel/Sheets；掌握SQL者优先； 4、英语能够作为工作语言，可独立阅读英文资料并进行英文工作沟通； 5、学习能力强，能够快速理解陌生市场、业务模式及商业化逻辑；沟通表达清晰，能够与不同团队及外部合作方有效协作； 6、有咨询、商业分析、战略、运营等相关实习经验优先。
