1、负责中心内业务数据体系建设，数据集搭建及维护，提升数据使用效率； 2、与业务紧密合作，承接数据需求，有效沟通并解决对接业务的问题和诉求； 3、持续监控业务指标，对业务进展给出解读，及时发现问题并定位原因，给出策略建议； 4、负责跨部门、跨职能数据口径对齐，指标体系整合及完善； 5、关注行业及业务发展动态，从数据视角输出分析报告，协助推进策略落地。

1、3年及以上数据分析工作经验，具有复杂业务数据处理经验；有国际化背景优先； 2、数据高度敏感、逻辑清晰、业务理解力强，能从数据中获得业务洞察，清晰了解业务重点和状况； 3、沟通能力强，具备项目推动能力；认真细致，有很强责任心、执行力及团队合作精神； 4、精通SQL，熟悉Hadoop/Hive，有数据可视化产品的使用经验，了解常见的量化归因方法，熟练掌握Python或R优先。
