1、行业生意深度研判：负责日本/韩国/澳大利亚市场垂直行业的跟进研究，研判行业短期/中长期发展趋势，拆解行业的生意链路、商家营收模型和成本结构，研判行业的预算钱包，匹配广告投放策略，挖掘出行业广告收入的增量机会； 2、产品行业适配运营：理解TikTok商业化广告产品的定位、底层逻辑、能力边界，结合行业业态、商家真实经营现状和生意需求，制定行业专属的产品渗透策略、落地运营打法与节奏，提升线索广告产品在行业内的渗透率、收入； 3、产品反向迭代推进：根据行业共性的生意链路，挖掘行业对商业化产品未覆盖、未满足的需求，联动上游产品团队输出行业侧信息，推动产品功能、计费模式、投放策略、后台流程的迭代优化，适配行业个性化经营需求； 4、跨业务协同落地：联动广告销售团队，对齐行业机会和增收策略、阶段目标、执行落地节奏；协同业务团队落地执行，解决业务收入卡点，保障业务统一推进和收入目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上的商业化产品运营、行业运营、KA客户运营全职经验，有广告商业化、商家经营变现、行业投放运营相关从业履历，有平台广告行业运营经验优先； 2、具备独立行业研究能力，可自主拆解行业趋势、商家盈利模式、成本结构、投放决策逻辑，精准甄别行业可撬动广告预算、投放机会，具备数据拆解、业态调研能力； 3、具备一定基础的产品认知，能读懂产品设计初衷、业务流转逻辑、平台规则体系；可结合行业现状定制落地渗透策略，具备独立输出业务需求、反向推动产品迭代优化的实操经验； 4、英语可以流利沟通优先，有雅思/托福分数更佳。
