1、负责收入增长与机会管理： 1）对全球合作收入结果负责，确保18个市场业绩目标达成，并推动持续增长； 2）识别合作中的高潜增长机会，包括新市场拓展、垂类渗透、重点客户突破等，推动机会转化为增量收入； 3）建立机会分析体系，开展市场规模评估、垂类优先级排序、客户分层与分析，基于数据形成商业判断与资源投入建议； 4）协同伙伴管理层构建能力体系与市场洞察机制，推动合作模式从需求响应向机会前置布局转变； 2、负责合作管理与执行： 1）作为国际化独家代理管理层的对接人，维护高层关系，把控合作整体方向与健康度； 2）主导长期合作框架的设计与谈判，包括全球合同结构、多年期承诺、合作-毕业-退出机制及激励体系优化； 3）统筹伙伴侧100余人外包销售团队在18个市场的日常工作，制定优先级、工作节奏与绩效标准； 4）定期与伙伴各市场负责人进行业绩复盘，推动KPI落地；对业绩不达标问题，对接代理管理层推动解决； 5）牵头解决跨市场合作中的高风险问题，包括合同纠纷、税务合规、市场过渡等。

1、研究生及以上学历，5年以上战略分析或战略合作相关经验，有战略咨询背景优先；具备全球化工作经验，英语可作为工作语言； 2、具备扎实的战略背景，有战略咨询、公司战略或同类战略岗位经验；能够诊断复杂商业关系并设计多年期合作框架； 3、具备较强的市场研究与机会分析能力，能够独立开展市场规模测算、竞争格局分析与垂类研究，输出结构化的策略建议； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够从业务数据中识别问题与机会，基于数据驱动决策；熟练使用Excel/Sheets，熟悉SQL等工具者优先； 5、具有管理复杂合作关系的实战经验，在合同架构、激励设计、收入管理方面具备较强的商业判断力； 6、具备出色的跨职能推动能力与沟通表达能力，能够在无直接管理权的情况下驱动跨地区、跨部门事项落地；自驱力强，能够独立承担高风险合作关系及外包团队的管理责任。
