1、支持中国出海业务商业化中台的负责人做好团队整体业务规划搭建、专项任务拆解、过程监控与区域最佳实践总结与知识沉淀等工作，能结合业务和团队的阶段特点，提炼沉淀所负责区域内具备可复用性的行业经验与方法论，并持续赋能团队内外部相关协同方； 2、独立承接区域整体或行业整体性的专项数据分析，能站在全局视角分析客户及产品的过往数据表现，收集实际业务反馈，基于数据结论和实际各区域重点情况，统一进行资源调配与后续任务下发与结果评估； 3、协助搭建项目管理机制，能主动驱动行业目标的制定与具体专项拆解，协助负责人共同制定各区域团队项目规划、统筹监控各方项目落地进展，主动识别风险并推动相关方解决； 4、深入团队业务，建立或完善团队内部和跨团队的组织协同机制，保证与组织内外各协同部门清晰、高效的沟通，协调跨部门、跨体系资源，保证项目、业务的高效落地；能够将单一问题的解决沉淀为长效协作机制，提升组织效能。

1、本科及以上学历，从事项目管理或数据分析1年及以上经验优先； 2、有较强的沟通能力（满足跨部门、跨角色、跨国团队沟通），有组织内项目管理经验优先； 3、有较强英语口语和书面沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言，接受跨国出差； 4、有从0到1搭建敏捷迭代流程经验优先，可应对复杂跨部门合作场景并快速理解业务逻辑； 5、善于思考和反思，具有较强的逻辑总结能力、数据分析能力和较强的执行力。
