1、理解出海游戏战略，形成对应广告销售策略、制定并组织实施完整的销售计划，将计划转变为销售结果； 2、负责对接游戏行业客户高层，与高层进行战略、策略层面的互动，能有效挖掘行业、客户需求信息，管理项目机会点，有序地推进项目进展，将客户需求跟解决方案进行匹配，并将解决方案的价值传递给客户，建立与企业客户的良好合作关系； 3、带领团队拓展行业新客和新业务，进行市场信息收集和市场调研，收集有关项目的信息，对其进行分析、预测并制定对策，能为市场拓展提供有效建议； 4、有体系化数据化的业务思路，能够根据销售过程管理数据分析，发现业务问题，提出改进方案，制定业务策略和规划，优化业务模型，帮助业务团队建立可执行、可追溯的动作。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉广告市场，具备3年及以上游戏行业广告经验，有1年及以上游戏发行/营销相关经验优先，对游戏行业及客户的场景和需求有深入理解，并能进行产品和方案匹配，对游戏行业客户资源有充分积累； 2、具备较强的市场分析、推广能力和良好的人际敏感性，逻辑清晰、数据分析能力强，善于分析和解决复杂问题； 3、对工作有激情、自驱、上进心。
