1、体系支撑：主导国际化广告业务客户/代理商治理体系搭建，围绕准入、广告投放、年框签约、激励规则等关键环节，输出策略建议与落地方案，支撑完整治理框架建设； 2、策略设计与迭代：主导客户/代理商治理相关策略、政策、规则及流程设计，深度识别业务全链路风险点，持续优化规则有效性与执行一致性； 3、风险盘点与落地执行：主导GBS客户/代理商业务风险盘点，构建风险视图，基于业务影响与治理价值梳理优先级，协助推进重点治理项目的全球落地； 4、跨团队协同与能力建设：联动BI、3M产品、数据、法务、风控等团队，推动治理规则线上化、产品化，提升治理自动化能力。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上治理类战略、政策、运营相关工作经验；有复杂系统性问题解决经验者优先，熟悉互联网广告业务者优先； 2、具备较强的创新思维、逻辑与结构化思考能力，沟通协调能力优秀，责任心强，能够在复杂环境下高效推进全球项目落地； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力和规律总结能力，熟练使用数据可视化分析工具，能够基于数据分析支持复杂业务场景下的判断与决策； 4、英语流利可作为工作语言；有海外工作经历或跨国公司工作经验者优先。
