1、作为战略伙伴，支持国际化广告销售团队，与业务团队紧密合作，通过重点专项的方式寻找收入提升机会； 2、对接业务负责人，根据业务需求，完成产品洞察、数据分析和客户调研，产出策略建议，协助业务负责人做出关键产品决策； 3、主动发现问题和业务痛点，组织关键协作方讨论，产出可落地的解决方案，并协调资源推动落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网战略分析相关实习经验优先； 3、英语可以达到商务交流水平，可以独立承担英文桌面研究以及外部访谈； 4、有数据分析经验，能够使用Excel、SQL、Tableau等数据分析和可视化工具； 5、具有较强的商业敏感性、钻研精神、以及快速学习能力； 6、具有跨团队合作能力和较强的沟通协调能力。
