1、2年及以上互联网战略、商业分析、数据分析、投行或咨询相关工作经验；对线上广告有深刻理解或丰富经验者优先； 2、具备良好的结构化思维和扎实的研究能力，能够形成行业洞察与业务判断； 3、熟练使用SQL/Hive、Tableau等语言工具，有数据可视化产品的使用经验，了解常见的量化归因方法； 4、具备跨部门协同经验，能够快速适应复杂业务环境，拥有良好的中英文沟通能力与全球化视角。
