1、全权负责APAC区域广告代理商训练营项目的战略规划、方案设计与端到端落地执行； 2、搭建可规模化的学员全周期体系，覆盖代理商招募、入驻、培训、结业、激励奖励全链路，设计项目体系框架，融合能力赋能、激励机制与精细化运营，实现可量化业务结果； 3、联动运营、培训、市场、销售及各区域业务团队，对齐工作优先级，打造行业一流的项目体验； 4、挖掘代理商的业务诉求与能力短板，转化为可落地的学习课程、配套支持体系与业务增长突破口，制定项目成功衡量指标，基于业务数据、学员反馈、业务成果持续迭代优化项目，输出可复用的操作手册、管理制度与落地机制，支撑项目长期规模化扩张； 5、兼具战略思考与落地建设能力，能够在信息不充分的环境下搭建体系，推动想法落地执行。

1、本科及以上学历，有5年及以上项目管理、广告运营、渠道拓展、战略运营或商业赋能相关工作经验优先，有主导跨多方干系人的复杂跨部门项目的成功实践经验优先； 2、具备良好的战略思维、结构化问题分析能力以及落地执行能力，具备良好沟通表达与协同方管理能力，具备跨团队、跨区域协作经验； 3、具备高度的主人翁意识，能够适应不断变化的工作环境； 4、较强数据分析能力，可将分析洞察转化为实际行动，具备流利的英语工作沟通能力。
