1、以品牌市场营销传播产出为主要营销手段，策划并执行行业营销传播的线上线下Campaign，紧密配合TikTok for Business中国出海及地区销售及协同团队，扩大市场影响力，助力业务实现收入增量目标，并为业务收入目标达成提供市场支持； 2、对接销售、产品、运营等团队，整合并制定产出商业化品牌定位与行业传播内容； 3、挖掘全行业标杆案例，并独立完成平台视角的品牌定位、行业定位、奖项传播等； 4、独立策划并落地平台行业峰会所需的对外传播物料（包括不限于演讲内容/视频化内容/奖项报道等）； 5、运用AI技术赋能传播物料产出（包括不限于赋能提效工具/市场监测报告/内容传播撰写/视觉视频制作等），并支持团队其他工作需要（包括不限于行业线下沙龙/传播所需的内容与视觉视频化内容等）。

1、本科学历以上，3年以上广告行业的整合营销类工作经验； 2、熟悉商业化广告营销逻辑，有广告营销经验，能将商业化信息转化为品牌市场定位并独立完成对外内容产出； 3、具备丰富的B端500人+峰会全流程经验、视觉/视频物料产出经验、市场创新技术资源运用与落地经验； 4、运用AI能力将商业化工作流程提效，拥有丰富的AI Skill经验，具备优秀的运用AI产出内容/视觉/视频等能力； 5、优秀的跨部门协同能力，能高效进行内部沟通，准确理解业务需求并交付，具备独立管理运营项目的能力； 6、能接受频繁出差，流利使用英语作为工作语言者优先。
