1、提升国际化产品整体广告投放效果，聚焦娱乐行业客户的广告投放体验优化，全力达成该行业的广告收入目标； 2、具备敏锐的客户视角，深度洞察娱乐行业客户的商业模式与核心诉求，持续优化投放策略、深化投放目标，切实提升客户广告投放的投入产出比； 3、研究效果类垂类广告主的投放逻辑与模式，结合娱乐行业特性，设计定制化的广告样式解决方案，同步提升广告主投放体验与平台变现效率； 4、产品全生命周期的端到端管理，协同全球跨职能团队推动产品从需求规划、开发上线、市场推广到运营迭代的全流程落地，提供一体化解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程、数学、统计学等相关专业优先；或具备同等行业实践经验，拥有机器学习、推荐系统相关经验者优先考虑； 2、拥有至少2年在线广告产品管理经验，熟悉软件产品完整生命周期，能够在产品（或产品组合）的构思、研发发、发布、效果监测及迭代优化全流程中发挥主导作用，展现出色的产品领导力； 3、具备优秀的学习能力、逻辑判断力与创新思维，能够快速应对国际化业务中的复杂场景与变化； 4、拥有出色的文案撰写、汇报演示、跨部门沟通及组织协调能力，擅长数据分析与问题拆解，能高效推动跨职能、跨地区团队协作； 5、英语可作为工作语言者优先。
