1、负责创意AIGC能力在服务商体系中的产品化与开放生态建设，设计并规划面向服务商的创意AIGC能力输出方案，与服务商共建生态中的创意AIGC能力； 2、负责挖掘服务商生态中AIGC创意业务机会，结合服务商自有业务与产品，为其提供特色化的一方AIGC产品能力，解决客户在AIGC创意生产中的问题； 3、负责提升服务商AIGC创意效率的产品建设，搭建外部服务商引入、需求分发与交付管理、AIGC素材制作全流程的效率优化体系；整合AI工具与服务商资源，提升合作伙伴素材制作效率； 4、制定增长策略并推进区域协同，联动全球运营团队，识别各区域差异化需求，制定针对性的服务商AIGC素材增长策略，推动业务指标增长。

1、本科及以上学历，1年AIGC相关产品工作经验，对AIGC视频/图像生成、多模态模型有一定理解与实践经验，能准确评估模型能力边界并应用于产品设计； 2、优秀的项目管理与跨团队推动能力，自驱力强，结果导向； 3、数据敏感，善于通过数据分析发现问题并驱动产品迭代； 4、英语口语及书面流畅，适应英文工作与跨时区沟通。
