1、负责节点营销产品的全球产品运营，将产品能力拆解为清晰的GTM timeline、关键里程碑及跨团队协作机制；联合招商运营团队，打通产品从需求承接、方案输出、销售推广到执行反馈的inbound、outbound运营链路，持续优化产品商业化效率与使用体验； 2、与销售团队紧密协作，负责国际化客户的节点营销诉求挖掘、调研，按行业分类提炼出共性需求，转化成节点营销场景化方案，落地产品能力； 3、负责非标资源的管理与挖掘，挖掘并推动更多非标产品资源，推动上线并梳理资源执行落地流程，组织执行团队培训；与其他资源供给团队紧密合作，将非标规则提炼成标准化信息结构，维护到内部管理系统； 4、深入理解客户节点营销方案销售流程、下单流程、执单流程，优化线上系统体验；完整闭环推进运营工具的需求收集，方案设计，通过Vibe-coding或跟研发提需的方式落地，完成GTM。

1、2年以上品牌营销/广告方向产品经验，熟悉国际化大客户节点营销诉求优先； 2、熟悉运营工具的产品方案设计，有产品经理相关经验优先； 3、学习能力强，有韧性；愿意做有成长，有挑战的事情； 4、英语流利，可作为工作语言；有全球化视角，能够与全球组织无障碍沟通。
