1、负责国际化电商广告客户投放策略：通过商品推荐策略、出价策略、用户路径提效，改善客户投广效果，为广告收入增长负责； 2、商品推荐策略：基于客户行业/营销目标，制定信号增长/利用策略，改善商品/意图理解和识别，提升用户点击率和转化率，改善用户体验； 3、出价策略：设计Cost Cap/VO出价产品策略设计，明确适配客群画像，通过冷启动、稳定性、完成档、空耗改善最大化转化量和价值； 4、用户旅程提效：通过样式、转化路径的分析和优化，改善用户转化效率；并推动电商购买用户的增长（MAC项目）。

1、本科及以上学历，有3-5年的互联网效果广告经验，有投放策略/出价策略/流量样式策略等相应经验者优先； 2、熟悉竞价广告系统、对广告算法，广告策略有理解，具备结构化思维，能主动思考和判断； 3、结果导向，高执行力、责任心，通过目标拆解和沟通协调，积极推动目标达成； 4、数据导向，对数据敏感、擅长数据分析，用数据说话； 5、英语能支持工作场景沟通。
