职位描述 1、负责统筹业务合规评估，结合各市场情况和行业实践为国际电商业务制定合规策略、落地解决方案，协助管理层充分了解风险水平并做出决策； 2、深入了解目标市场情况、立法变化，针对电商业务模式和产品设计进行前置性合规分析和风险预判； 3、跨职能合作，协同各方从数据隐私、消费者保护、知识产权、进出口管制、在线支付等方向进行风险评审，行使独立判断能力，就风险水平给出建议； 4、统筹跟进各合规项目和议题，制定合规方案与路线图，管理项目进度，对相关业务和产品上线的合规性负责； 5、搭建标准化合规管理流程，优化评审机制，牵头对齐各方预期，提升合规评审效率； 6、推动合规赋能，通过合规培训、知识库梳理等沉淀合规经验，提升电商团队整体合规意识及对常见风险的识别能力。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上相关工作经验（包括但不限于法律、电商、合规、咨询、项目管理等），有内容电商/跨境电商行业法务/合规/风险管理经验优先； 2、优秀的沟通及逻辑思维能力，擅长问题拆解和解决，能够在多样化、快节奏的环境中工作； 3、出色的领导力和组织能力，具备项目管理相关经验，能够高效推动决策讨论和解决方案落地； 4、英文熟练，听说读写优秀，能作为工作语言进行跨国沟通，理解文化多元性； 5、适应0到1的挑战，工作积极主动，耐心细致，执行力、责任心强，具备结构性思维和全局观。
