1、负责游戏服务端功能的设计、开发、维护及版本迭代，完成账号、战斗、关卡、背包、任务、排行榜、活动等系统的服务端开发； 2、负责游戏服务端框架及技术方案的设计与实现，参与服务器架构搭建、核心模块开发及技术攻关工作； 3、与客户端、策划、美术及运营人员保持良好沟通，完成客户端与服务端接口设计，协助建立高效、稳定的游戏内容开发流程及相关技术规范； 4、负责服务端性能监控、问题排查及线上故障处理，持续优化服务器性能、并发能力、稳定性和运行成本； 5、负责数据库结构、缓存方案及数据存储方案的设计与维护，保证玩家数据的安全性、一致性和完整性； 6、参与日志、埋点、后台管理、数据统计及运营活动配置等相关系统的设计与开发。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握C#、C++、Java、Go中的一种或多种开发语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范意识，有完整游戏项目开发及上线经验者优先； 3、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握数据结构、算法、网络编程、操作系统及面向对象编程，能够合理运用常见设计模式；熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP、WebSocket等网络协议，了解常见的客户端与服务端通信机制，具备网络延迟、断线重连、数据同步等问题的处理经验； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用数据库及缓存组件，具备数据库设计、查询优化、事务处理和数据一致性相关经验；具备较强的服务端性能分析和问题排查能力，熟悉高并发、分布式服务、负载均衡、消息队列等相关技术者优先； 5、有Linux服务器开发、部署及运维经验，熟悉Docker、云服务器、日志监控及自动化部署流程者优先；有休闲游戏、小游戏、多人在线游戏或国际游戏服务端开发经验者优先；有iOS或第三方平台登录、支付、排行榜等功能接入经验者优先； 6、有较强的学习能力和责任心，能够阅读英文技术文档，具备良好的沟通协作能力、分析能力和线上问题处理能力。
