1、负责数据库工作台平台后端核心模块的设计与开发，包括SQL解析与执行链路、会话管理、连接代理、权限模型等； 2、平台架构演进，包括多租户服务治理、高并发链路优化、稳定性与可观测性建设； 3、与产品、前端、DBA及数据库内核团队紧密协作，推动功能落地和体验提升； 4、技术方案评审，对系统性能、安全性和可维护性负责。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Golang后端开发经验，熟悉Go并发模型与工程实践； 2、熟悉常见关系型数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL等），了解SQL执行原理、索引优化、事务机制； 3、具备分布式系统设计能力，有高并发、高可用服务的设计与落地经验，熟悉RPC、消息队列、缓存等中间件； 4、代码质量意识强，重视可测试性、可维护性与文档规范。

加分项 1、有数据库内核开发经验（MySQL、TiDB、ClickHouse、PostgreSQL等），熟悉查询优化器、存储引擎、WAL/MVCC等机制； 2、有统一元数据平台建设经验，了解元数据采集、血缘、权限等核心链路； 3、熟悉SQL Parser（如TiDB parser、Antlr等），有AST分析或SQL改写经验。
