1、负责GPU集群资源的引入与运营，包括资源引入、资源规划、资源分配、利用率优化等工作，评估AI服务器的硬件配置，平衡资源的性能与成本，满足内部业务上云或外部客户的算力需求； 2、深度对接公有云泛GPU业务（GPU云服务器、火山方舟、AI应用）的相关团队，深入理解不同业务场景（如AI模型训练/推理、方舟平台算力支撑、公有云GPU服务交付等）的算力需求，提供定制化资源解决方案，保障需求精准落地； 3、深入公有云泛GPU业务的形态，理解业务的使用场景，提供GPU及相关配套的计算、网络、存储等资源的建设规划； 4、协同研发、SRE等团队，解决GPU资源运营过程中的技术问题，推动运营工具的开发与迭代，提升运营自动化水平。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、软件工程等相关专业，拥有AI服务器/网络设备的硬件相关知识储备，具有1-3年及以上GPU资源运营、算力集群管理或相关技术运营经验； 2、了解AI训练/推理、影视渲染等常见GPU应用场景，熟悉公有云GPU服务，有云计算相关背景更佳； 3、具备较强的责任心、学习能力，能适应业务快速发展带来的工作挑战。
