1、市场策略与GTM：负责重点销售大区内达人营销产品的推广，制定洞察驱动的GTM方案（含产品定位、价值主张、渠道组合），协调跨区域执行，对产品adoption及GMV等业务指标负责； 2、生态建设与市场教育：沉淀优质玩法，形成可规模化的方法论；通过“创作者驱动营销”模式构建完整链路，面向广告主与达人双边市场开展系统化教育（案例手册、Workshop等），提升认知与影响力； 3、产品迭代与反馈闭环：整合销售、品牌、创作者等多方反馈，优化产品需求；参与负责模块的产品从测试到规模化推广的全流程，推动迭代方向落地； 4、数据体系建设与效果衡量：建立测量框架与品牌健康指标体系，完善数据建设，通过分析驱动投资决策与营销优化，向XFN及组织清晰讲述业务故事，合理分配短期效果与长期品牌资源。

1、3-5年达人营销或广告运营经验，必须具备国际市场推广经验（尤其是美国等成熟市场），并附成功案例； 2、强沟通协调、问题拆解、项目管理及数据分析能力，能快速识别风险并推动多方达成目标； 3、强学习力、自驱力、全球化视角，能与全球组织无障碍协作； 4、英文流利（听说读写），能作为工作语言进行高层级商务谈判与跨文化沟通，多语种加分。
