1、战略与市场分析：负责市场与竞争分析，支持重点行业及产品的GTM策略制定，并通过客户组合、收入结构及ROI分析识别业务增长机会； 2、数据分析与报告：负责搭建和维护业务分析看板与报告，结合广告效果、客户行为及漏斗数据，通过SQL、Python、Excel或BI工具输出清晰的业务洞察与优化建议； 3、项目与运营支持：支持区域项目及产品推广落地，跟踪KPI、里程碑与风险，持续优化流程和报告机制，并协同销售、客户方案、产品及营销团队推进执行； 4、沟通与赋能：负责输出业务评审材料与汇报内容，支持培训及知识沉淀，并推动一线反馈转化为可落地的优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上数字营销领域客户服务、客户管理或活动管理经验； 2、具备主流广告平台的实际操作经验； 3、对数字营销关键绩效指标（KPI）和活动优化有深入理解； 4、具备管理复杂营销活动的经验，包括跨多个市场的活动管理经验； 5、具备出色的Excel、报告撰写和营销活动分析能力； 6、良好的英语沟通能力，注重细节、善于分析、自我驱动，且能与他人良好合作。

加分项： 1、具备统计、经济、商业分析或数据科学相关背景，熟悉Excel、数据可视化及SQL/Python/R等分析工具，拥有战略/咨询/分析类实践经验，并能基于数字广告指标输出可执行的业务建议。
