日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TRAE Agent Harness的效果优化与架构设计，迭代任务分解、规划执行、工具编排、Agent协作与异常恢复策略，提升真实开发场景下的端到端任务完成率和鲁棒性； 2、负责GUI Agent技术建设，面向桌面应用与浏览器落地Computer Use、Browser Use能力，覆盖界面理解、元素定位、动作规划、交互执行、结果验证及失败恢复； 3、负责多模型适配及Context Engineering，优化Prompt、推理Pipeline与模型调度，并对代码、文档、日志、页面结构、截图和操作轨迹等上下文进行召回、压缩与注入； 4、建设Agent效果评测与数据闭环，围绕完成率、调用成功率、执行耗时、调用轮次及失败类型开展实验分析与Trace归因，持续驱动模型和策略迭代。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业； 2、博士或具备同等研究与工程能力者优先，编码与工程能力扎实，熟练掌握Golang、Python、C++、TypeScript等至少一门语言，具备良好的数据结构与算法基础； 3、具备大模型应用开发经验，熟悉Prompt Engineering、模型推理、Tool-Calling、多轮规划执行及上下文检索编排，能够从端到端效果视角优化Agent系统； 4、对GUI Agent、Computer Use、Browser Use或多模态交互有深入理解或强烈兴趣，能够围绕界面理解、动作决策和异常恢复开展算法与系统优化； 5、具备产品与指标意识、实验分析能力及良好的沟通协作和自驱力，能够在快速发展的AI Coding与GUI Agent领域持续探索。

加分项 1、在LLM、Agent、AI Coding、GUI Agent或多模态交互方向有高影响力项目、顶会论文、专利或开源成果； 2、在ACM-ICPC、CCPC、NOI、IOI等程序设计竞赛中取得优异成绩，ACM-ICPC/CCPC区域赛获奖者优先； 3、具有IDE、DevTools、CI/CD、代码分析、浏览器内核、桌面客户端或跨平台应用研发经验； 4、具有Playwright、Selenium、CDP、Accessibility API、RPA等GUI自动化，或Agent自动评测、日志回放、可观测性、CI/CD和智能数据闭环建设经验。
