1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年+云原生运维经验，2年+大模型部署调优经验，2年+二线技术支持经验； 2、精通Docker、K8s容器技术，熟悉主流云平台及Linux系统，具备出色的复杂故障排查能力； 3、掌握Golang/Python任一语言，有自动化部署编排工具（Ansible等）开发经验； 4、沟通协作能力强，能跨部门及对接客户高效推进工作； 5、有大模型项目落地、交付运维团队管理经验者优先，具备知识库搭建能力更佳。
