1、本科及以上学历，5年以上人力相关经验，熟悉HR全模块实操（尤其招聘、绩效、人才发展）； 2、懂业务：能解读业务需求，快速将项目目标转化为可落地的人力动作；沟通协调能力强，可高效对接业务方、项目组与HR职能端； 3、看组织：具备组织诊断思维与能力，能通过数据和访谈发现组织问题，并有能力推动优化落地；同时具备问题解决意识，可及时响应项目中的人力突发问题； 4、有判断：抗压能力强，能适应多项目并行的快节奏场景，有全局观，能在压力下做出对人对组织的准确判断并及时推进。
