1、负责XR产品设计前期项目对接与设计规划，协同对接内部相关团队输出逻辑清晰，有说服力的设计需求文档，并组织内部团队设计讨论与设计工作； 2、对内组织设计师一起从概念阶段参与整个设计生命周期，输出逻辑清晰、有说服力产品设计方案，通过内部设计评审，保障高品质设计输入，提供给外部产品团队； 3、负责外观设计，将产品定位、品牌要素、功能定义等转化为有竞争力的工业设计，沉淀设计风格和标准； 4、了解3C类产品生产工艺流程，负责生产过程中的签样和设计验收，制定设计标准。

1、工业设计、产品营销、交互设计相关专业本科及以上学历，有工业设计产品经验优先； 2、3年以上产品设计与开发经验，具备设计工作经验优先； 3、5年及以上工业设计经验，熟悉电子消费品行业，主导过产品的ID设计，有端对端的设计全流程能力，有完整的项目管理和推动能力； 4、具备较高美学品味，艺术鉴赏能力，创新意识和产品用户需求趋势洞察力，有成功产品端到端落地经验者优先。
