1、负责租赁定制化数据中心全过程建设交付项目管理，保证项目保质按期交付； 2、负责组织内部IDC交付需求分解、编制可行性交付方案、交付能力评估及相关内部协作方沟通等工作； 3、负责数据中心选址前IDC机房资源勘查、交付招标文件及策略制定； 4、负责IDC建设中流程监控、进度管理、质量管理、变更管理、风险管理及测试验收等全过程交付管理工作； 5、支持数据中心相关基础建设标准化、规范化、流程化及工具化（平台+管理工具）能力的建设和优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、项目管理、土木工程等相关专业，5年以上项目管理工作经验；第三方IDC供应商/项目管理咨询公司从业经验优先； 2、具有IDC建设项目管理全过程标准化、工具化搭建经验，数据中心建设、网络建设中台管理经验优先； 3、具有全面的项目管理能力，熟悉IDC全生命周期建设流程和标准，参与过IDC全过程项目管理工作，精通项目建设进度、质量把控，对网络建设有了解及相关从业经历优先； 4、具有数据中心建设项目管理背景，熟悉租赁定制化项目管理优先，具有良好的项目统筹、沟通能力、风险管控能力，可以快速、灵活处理项目突发事件； 5、具有良好的英语水平，能够作为工作语言使用，具备优秀的自驱力，较强执行力和责任心，以及良好的跨团队沟通交流能力。
