团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCE【Data Center Engineering】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心的技术支撑和CN自建&合建数据中心的建设交付。职责涵盖数据中心选址、规划设计、技术选型、交付管理、成本管理的全链条实现，同时从技术侧保障数据中心实现高可用、高可靠、高效率的稳定运行。致力于实现新一代数据中心技术可靠性与先进性双突破，同时推进高性价比、高可靠性数据中心园区建设。

1、负责自建数据中心电气专业的设计及技术方案审核与评估，根据业务需求，结合各系统（如中低压系统、不间断电源系统、柴油发电机系统等）的架构与技术特点，指导设计单位进行架构、方案施工图设计；同时负责电气专业对外（合作设计院等）及对内（公司其他合作部门等）的设计与技术管理，对供应商提供的施工图设计、专项技术方案等进行审核及质量把控； 2、编制本专业设计任务书、图纸审核清单及要点，施工技术规格书等相关文档； 3、配合公司其他部门在能评、环评、报规等工作中的文件报审工作，配合公司成本部门进行电气系统的造价分析及方案优化； 4、负责项目施工过程中电气专业设计技术支持，审核设计变更及工程洽商，配合项目各阶段与电气系统相关的各项工程及设备验收，配合电气专业关键设备出厂测试及安装竣工验收，配合项目的测试验证，在过程中提供技术支持或指导； 5、负责项目运营阶段有关本专业的设计技术需求，负责本专业与运营团队的技术复盘及更新设计技术要求，负责电气专业的设计标准化、技术创新及迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，电气工程及自动化相关专业，5年以上数据中心电气技术设计经验，具备第三方IDC运营商工作经验者优先； 2、作为项目负责人或专业负责人主导并参与过数据中心项目的电气系统设计工作； 3、熟悉数据中心及民用与工业建筑电气相关设计规范、行业技术要求等；精通数据中心相关的本专业规范（含国内外），熟悉项目设计过程中各专业的配合流程；具备国家注册电气工程师或高级工程师经验者优先； 4、精通数据中心行业及专业先进技术，精通本专业的建设成本，关键及主流的技术及运营模式，能配合工程、招标采购成本等相关部门做好设计支持，熟悉电气系统运行维护需求； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
