团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCE【Data Center Engineering】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心的技术支撑和CN自建&合建数据中心的建设交付。职责涵盖数据中心选址、规划设计、技术选型、交付管理、成本管理的全链条实现，同时从技术侧保障数据中心实现高可用、高可靠、高效率的稳定运行。致力于实现新一代数据中心技术可靠性与先进性双突破，同时推进高性价比、高可靠性数据中心园区建设。

1、负责数据中心建筑专业的设计及技术方案评估，根据园区规划方案、数据中心工艺和设备需求编制建筑设计方案； 2、负责全园区的总图、建筑专业的设计管理工作，包括但不限于专业设计技术需求编制、各阶段图纸审核、技术规格书编制、设计变更管理等； 3、负责与设计单位的联络与沟通，负责设计进度与图纸质量把控，结合既往设计管理经验有效规避风险并提出可落地的解决方案； 4、统筹协调部门内各专业配合完成对成本、采购、运维、工程等部门的技术支持，组织跨部门的图纸评审； 5、参与项目技术复盘，建筑专业的设计要求更新、图纸审核要点收集等标准化编制工作。

1、本科及以上学历，建筑学相关专业优先，5年以上数据中心建筑设计经验； 2、作为专业负责人或设计负责人主导过3个以上数据中心建筑设计项目； 3、具备甲级设计院或第三方IDC运营商建筑设计工作经验者优先，具备国家一级注册建筑师资格者优先； 4、熟悉数据中心建筑专业的相关国家设计规范、行业技术要求及地方设计规范；熟悉项目设计过程中各专业的配合流程，能配合工程、招标、采购、成本等相关部门做好设计支持； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
