1、负责字节跳动自建或租用数据中心机房整体事前、事中、事后的运维管理工作，包括基础设施运维风险排查、变更管理、演练管理、维护管理、重保管理、事件应急及复盘等； 2、负责数据中心机房全生命周期管理，包括设计图纸审核、设计技术支持、设备厂验支持、建设进展跟进、机房综合测试、接维验收等； 3、负责数据中心机房日常管理，包括运维人员管理、机房报表信息收集、机房供应商考核、物理安全支持等； 4、负责数据中心双碳方案落地，优化运维策略，在保障运维稳定性的前提下降低PUE。

1、本科及以上学历，电气、暖通、自动化等相关专业优先，3年以上数据中心基础设施运维管理经验； 2、熟悉数据中心配电、暖通、监控、消防等系统架构、运行操作与管理流程； 3、熟悉数据中心基础设施建设标准规范和运行管理要求，了解数据中心前沿技术和产品； 4、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
