1、计算机科学、计算机工程专业的学士/硕士学位，或同等实践经验； 2、具备扎实的软件工程基础，以及使用一种或多种语言（如Go、Python）进行后端/系统开发的丰富经验； 3、熟悉Linux、网络、存储、容器等基础技术，熟悉云产品控制面常见模式，理解分布式系统常见设计问题，如一致性、高可用、容错、限流、重试、幂等等；有线上系统稳定性治理经验者优先； 4、具备容器和Kubernetes的实际生产经验（集群操作、网络、服务发现、Ingress/Gateway、滚动更新策略）； 5、对云原生技术栈、容器/虚拟化和网络有扎实的理解和实践经验； 6、具备强大的问题解决能力、主人翁意识，以及在跨职能环境中高效工作的能力。

加分项 1、有云原生开源项目（例如Kubernetes、Containerd、Cilium/eBPF）的相关经验或贡献； 2、具备扎实的Linux知识（内核、调度、TCP/IP、路由、iptables/nftables）和生产故障排除经验； 3、熟悉CDN、直播、RTC或其他边缘流量生产架构。
