1、负责平台IP合作方生态运营，包括合作方拓展与对接、入驻陪跑、关系维护及需求响应，协同内外部资源推动优质内容供给与经营表现提升； 2、跟踪合作方运营及多渠道推广效果，通过数据分析和项目复盘识别问题，持续优化运营策略与合作机制； 3、负责官方新媒体账号及合作方成长内容建设，包括内容策划、剪辑制作发布、用户互动，以及教程、课程等运营物料沉淀，持续提升账号影响力与内容运营效率； 4、负责IP行业运营的官号宣发、电影影视资源宣发UGC活动的主视觉设计，结合产品、影片内容、讨论点与用户投稿玩法，完成活动视觉概念及落地； 5、与运营、产品及需求方协作，理解活动机制、创作方向与上线节奏，支持多项目并行及重点档期集中交付。

1、熟悉IP行业商业逻辑及常见合作模式，具备独立对接外部合作方、整合资源并推动多方协作落地的能力；有动漫、小说、游戏等相关行业经验者优先； 2、熟悉主流内容平台的生态及运营玩法，具备较丰富的视频制作、账号运营和内容策划经验，能够将实践经验沉淀为标准化模板、教程或课程； 3、具备良好的数据分析、项目推进和沟通协作能力，能够通过数据复盘发现问题，推动运营策略持续优化并对结果负责； 4、视频项能力：具备扎实的分镜脚本能力，能将IP设定与剧情转化为可执行的分镜；熟练掌握原画/人物设计及二维或三维动画制作工具（如AE、Live2D、Blender、C4D等）；具备剪辑合成、调色精修等后期制作能力；能够在多项目并行、赶档期的节奏下保持稳定产出，并具备素材复用/模板化的效率意识；熟悉AI辅助创作工具者优先。
