日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok端内IP形象的创意设计与视觉探索，包括角色设定、造型设计、风格定义及表情动作等； 2、负责IP相关视觉内容的延展设计，包括插画、运营素材、活动视觉及其他端内应用场景； 3、结合不同业务需求，持续完善IP的视觉规范与内容表达，保证整体风格的一致性和完成度； 4、探索生成式AI在IP设计及插画创作中的应用，辅助提升创意探索与设计产出效率； 5、与产品、运营及设计团队协作，参与创意讨论并推动设计方案落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，视觉传达、插画、动画、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的造型、色彩和构图能力，插画能力突出，能够独立完成IP角色及相关视觉创作，具有良好的审美和视觉表达能力，对年轻化、潮流化及国际化视觉风格有一定理解； 3、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、C4D等设计及绘画软件，熟悉Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、即梦等生成式AI工具，能够将AI应用于灵感探索、风格尝试和设计辅助； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，认真细致，有责任心和较强的自驱力，每周到岗4天及以上者优先； 5、投递时请附个人作品集，建议重点展示原创IP、角色设定、系列插画及AI辅助创作项目。

加分项 1、有完整的原创IP、角色设定或系列插画项目经验； 2、对TikTok内容生态、流行文化、社交媒体趋势有较高敏感度； 3、具备动效、3D或短视频内容设计能力； 4、有使用AI工具完成实际设计项目的经验。
