1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商平台或品牌方市场营销工作经验，有营销IP相关经验优先； 2、熟练的英语听说读写能力，有国际学习、工作经历者优先； 3、有项目管理经验，擅长跨部门沟通协调，善于定位和解决问题； 4、有营销创意策划能力，熟悉社交媒体短视频及直播玩法； 5、工作积极主动，自驱力和执行力强，具备团队合作意识，能快速适应变化。
