1、生态战略规划与执行：制定并落地公司ISV生态运营与销售管理的长期战略，包括合作伙伴招募、运营管理、联合销售策略等，确保生态系统的可持续发展；建生态运营体系，设计合作伙伴激励机制（如佣金体系、返点政策），优化合作流程，提升生态伙伴的活跃度与忠诚度；与产品、市场、客户成功等部门协同，推动生态伙伴与公司产品的深度集成，打造行业标杆案例； 2、销售目标管理与业绩达成：分解年度销售目标至生态伙伴，制定季度/月度执行计划，确保生态销售占比、收入贡献等核心指标的达成；监控生态销售数据，通过数据分析优化销售策略，及时调整资源投入；建立合作伙伴分层模型，制定差异化的运营策略，提升高价值伙伴的合作深度。

1、3年以上生态运营或销售管理经验，熟悉SaaS商业模式与生态系统建设； 2、有成功案例：如从0到1搭建生态体系、管理超50家合作伙伴、年度生态销售额超亿元； 3、专业能力：熟悉SaaS产品销售逻辑，具备云服务、SaaS产品销售管理工作经历者优先，能精准把握客群的销售痛点与转化逻辑； 4、分析能力：具备扎实的商业分析与数据分析能力，熟练运用数据分析工具，有从数据中提炼业务洞察的成功案例； 5、沟通与执行：拥有较强的内部沟通协调能力，能高效推动跨部门协作，同时具备出色的执行力，确保管理目标按计划顺利完成； 6、职业素养：具备敏锐的市场洞察力与逻辑思维能力，一定的抗压能力，能在快速变化的业务环境中灵活调整策略，结果导向意识突出。
