1、负责规划业务分析点，参与IT业务板块和产品等项目的业务数据模型搭建，并负责例行化分析报告和专项深入分析报告的撰写； 2、负责数据治理，对数据报告产出的全链路负责，辅助业务进行迭代； 3、梳理业务数据链路和指标框架，搭建IT业务和相关产品的数据指标体系；为业务的运营决策提供数据支持，推动部门内数据体系的发展和完善； 4、通过数据报告、产品、模型等多种输出手段沉淀分析思路与框架，提炼数据产品需求； 5、能够将业务数据模型化，通过数学模型、预估模型、挖掘算法等提供深入的数据支持能力。

1、本科及以上学历，统计、数学、计算机科学相关专业，在分析、预测、优化方向有实际应用经历； 2、3-5年数据分析工作经验，具有较强的业务认知，主动驱动业务改进；有业务数据分析、产品、运营、策略经理等方面经验者优先； 3、熟悉统计语言，如R或S，熟悉数据库及SQL；掌握常用算法编程语言，如R、Python、C#等； 4、熟练掌握数据可视化工具和库，如Tableau、Matplotlib和Seaborn，具备从业务的视角创建直观的图表和报告来呈现分析结果； 5、有较强的数据敏感度，对数据分析有强烈兴趣，具备数据深层次挖掘的能力，善于发现数据的变化规律； 6、有较强的沟通能力，和业务建立良好的沟通桥梁。
